Frequently Asked Questions
A Pre-Placement Talk is a session where a company representative provides information about the company, their recruitment process, and expectations of the role. It's an opportunity to learn about the company's history, mission, values, work culture, products, roles, application process, interviews and assessments before applying for a job.
Your skill profile is shared with all the companies who are our hiring partners. When the companies have requirements, they filter through all the profiles and shortlist a few candidates whose profile satisfies their requirements at that moment. It's possible that you did not meet the specific qualifications or requirements that the company was looking for in their recruitment process.
However, please note that you can always improve your chances of getting shortlisted by making your skill profile better. Besides completing the courses, the Placement IDP tests, React course and React Mini Project all play a great role in enhancing your skill profile and making you stand out. Keep working on improving your skills, and don't lose hope. New opportunities will keep coming in the future.
